Are you 18 or over?

This decides whether we show you anything at all.

What does the peptide quiz cover?

The quiz starts with age and health-context questions before asking about the research topics you want to understand. Later questions cover your familiarity with peptides and which compounds you are already looking into.

Depending on your answers, it may direct you to a healthcare professional rather than show a research list. When a list is shown, it links to compound pages and explains the evidence grades attached to them.

How should you read the result?

Treat it as a reading list, not a recommendation to take a compound, a combination, or a dose. An evidence grade describes the research behind an entry; it is not a personal safety assessment. The quiz does not check drug interactions.

Follow the source links in the library and compare what was studied with the question you want answered. Our research-reading checklist explains where to begin.

Prefer to read without answering questions?

You can skip the quiz and open the six-part beginner’s guide. Start with what peptides are, then read how to evaluate the evidence. The full peptide library is also available without completing the quiz.
