Two of them we answer properly. One of them we refuse, and the refusal is the point.

“Which peptide should I take?”

We will not answer that, and you should distrust any site that does without knowing your history. What we do instead: show what people research for each goal, with the evidence state attached, so the judgement stays yours.

“Does it actually work?”

For most compounds, nobody knows, because it has never been tested in a human being. That is a real answer, not a dodge. Lesson 2 teaches you to tell a finding from a claim in about three minutes.

“Is this for me?”

That turns on your medications, your history and your age far more than on the compound. Lesson 4 names the groups these are not for without hedging, and the drug combinations with documented risk.

Do arithmetic on your numbers. The calculator converts what you enter; it never suggests what to enter.

Tell you which compound to take. That is a clinician’s job, with your chart in front of them.

Give you a dose or a protocol. Not in an article, not in a quiz, not in the calculator’s defaults.

Rank or score vendors. We show you how to read a certificate of analysis instead.

Promise anything is risk-free. No compound here is, and the ones with the least data are not the exception.

If you came here for a protocol, this is the wrong site. What you get instead is the ability to read the evidence behind any peptide claim you meet, here or on a forum or in a sales page, and work out how much of it is real.

Several human trials, or a meta-analysis pooling them, pointing the same way.

Some human evidence

At least one randomised human trial. Real, but thinner than it sounds.

Small or uncontrolled human work. Suggestive, not settled.

Animal or laboratory work only. We do not state a benefit at this grade.
