What the research shows — and what it doesn’t
Evidence strength
Grade B rests on one randomised phase 2 trial of ipamorelin (PMID 25331030), and that trial studied postoperative ileus, not growth-hormone or body-composition use. Ipamorelin's growth-hormone pharmacology (PMID 9849822) is animal and in-vitro work. No trial of the ipamorelin plus CJC-1295 combination was retrievable.
