About
Victor Bjork has a long-term passion for improving the human condition, and age-related disease — a major global challenge — is a cause he cares deeply about.
Originally from Sweden, where he studied molecular biology, Victor brings extensive international experience: he has lived and studied in Belgium and worked at several biotech companies in California, New York and Switzerland, in roles ranging from benchwork to biotech business development.
He is a director of the Belgian NGO Heales, which works on age-related diseases. Among his contributions there is the establishment of the Eurosymposium on Healthy Ageing conference series.
Conflict-of-interest disclosure
Victor works as an independent longevity consultant, and some of his clients are companies in the same field this site covers. He checks our articles for scientific accuracy — nothing more. He doesn't choose what we write about, doesn't recommend products, and has no stake in any commercial deals we make.
Review process
Every peptide profile and research summary on this site is reviewed for scientific and pharmacological accuracy before publication.
Review covers mechanism-of-action claims, dosing figures, drug-interaction considerations, regulatory and legal status framing, and whether the strength of the underlying evidence is represented honestly — a single mouse study and a phase III trial don't get described the same way.
Cited references are spot-checked against PubMed to confirm the study exists, the PMID is correct, and the paper supports the claim we've attached to it.
The reviewer has no role in editorial selection, product recommendations, or commercial relationships.
