What research shows

Cagrilintide has randomized human trials, both alone and combined with semaglutide, showing meaningful weight loss in people with overweight or obesity. Its receptor pharmacology is characterised structurally. It remains investigational: no marketing authorisation was found in any of the regulators we checked for this page.
