Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH, and its role driving luteinising and follicle stimulating hormone release is established physiology used in diagnostic testing and fertility protocols. It holds Canadian listings but no United States authorisation, and the bodybuilding uses it is marketed for lack trial evidence.
