What research shows

Human data comes from Russian stroke research: one clinical study followed 110 patients after ischemic stroke, without a randomized controlled design in what we verified. Mechanism evidence, including BDNF induction, is from rat studies. No human trials of attention or memory effects were verified, and long-term safety data has not been published.
